Offering a wide variety of rooms suitable for any event, function or meeting, from a 1-2-1 interview to a conference, Wake House is an inspiring community centre and business facility in the centre of Bourne in rural Lincolnshire.

If you need a room for an hour or two, a whole day or more - we can offer a range of rooms for the period you need.

Our range of affordable spaces is also available for longer term rental to charities and businesses which benefit the community.

Our Rooms

Ground Floor

The Baxter Room - from £18.00 per hour

A large space suitable for conferences, talks, private events and group meetings. Located just down from the main entrance, this room is ideal for one-off or regular events.

First Floor

Conference Room - from £16.00 per hour

A light and airy room, perfect for a range of uses both business and leisure. The space is ideal for meetings, group projects and hobbies requiring plenty of room and a bright area to work in.

Ground Floor

Windmill Room - from £11.50 per hour

With plenty of natural light, this room is great for medium-sized meetings and get togethers. Located in a quieter area of the building it is suitable for business or leisure use.

Room 5 - from £13.00 per hour

Located at the rear of the building, this room is a fantastic teaching space, but would also be suitable for meetings and group activities. It is large enough to suit 10-15 people.

Room 6 - from £11.50 per hour

Located conveniently next to Room 5, this space can be hired either individually or as a dual hire. It's perfect for meetings, interviews, teaching or groups and suits 8-10 people.

First Floor

Room 27 - from £15.50 per hour

A larger space complete with kitchen facilities, this room is ideal for a variety of needs. Hire includes use of the kitchen and is perfect for more informal groups and meetings.

Room 35 - from £11.50 per hour

A perfect business space for meetings, interviews and planning sessions. Room 35 has a more professional atmosphere and can seat 8-10 people.

Ground Floor

Clifford Hirst 2 Room - from £8.50 per hour

Our cosiest space, CH2 is a bright and airy room ideal for 1-3 people. Great for 1-2-1's, interviews and client meetings, or as just a quiet workspace for those times when you need to focus.
