We offer a range of rooms of various sizes to accommodate both groups and individuals for offices, meetings and social events.
Rooms can be hired by the hour, day, or permanently without a contract or deposit. We are also able to provide, free Wi-fi, a stairlift for access to the first floor, a projector, TV, whiteboards and the use of our kitchen and toilets. We also have accessible space available, with disabled access to the building via Burghley Street.
Regular Hire
Comfortable and professional meeting & conferencing spaces available for community groups and businesses in Lincolnshire. Hobbyists and professionals are always welcome in our spaces for regular or one-off hire.

Short Term Hire
Wake House is a beautiful building with plenty of space for your special occasion. With access to the on-site kitchen space as well as tables and chairs available for your hire, rest assured that your special event will be one to remember!
Long Term Hire
